The main feud heading into King of the Ring was between Stone Cold Steve Austin and Kane over the WWF Championship. The footage of that fall has since become one of the most used and viewed video in professional wrestling history. A couple of minutes into the match, The Undertaker threw Mankind off of the top of the cell, which was a full 16 feet, onto the Spanish Announce table.
